Teaching groups of up to 10 students Working with students of different levels Follow lesson plans provided specifically created to work on Provide a positive learning environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the online learning process. Participate in teacher training. Monitoring students’ progress and giving recommendations Participating in extra-curricular activities of the Centre. At least 1 year working experience of tutoring for groups (running corporate courses is a priority). Fluent correct English, University degree preferable. Well-developed interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of the language structure: grammar, phonetics, lexicology, semantics, pragmatics Strong ability to interact with students using different styles of communication followed by highly-motivated, open-minded points of character Ability to be as flexible as possible both in the virtual classroom with the students and as well with the different hours (time changes, schedule changes) as requested by clients.
